Cold casting two componment Polyurethane

- Composition: It consists of A&B component, A is polyol, and B is Hydroxyl-Terminated polyurethane prepolymer.

- Characteristics: It has excellent processing properties, solid in common temperature, shorter gel time, and regulating colours by adding pigment. The ware has good properties of abrasive resistance, hydrolysis resistance, transparent, good resilience, stable dimension.

- Product application: Rod and bar, sheet and plate, industrial wheel, construction mold, sports equipment coating, skateboard wheel, buffer insole and other polyurethane miscellaneous parts.

- Operation details: After vacuum degassing for the two components (A and B), they are mixing, pouring and casting in mold in proportion at room temperature of 30-40 ℃, it can be used for manual operation and mechanical molding.

- Storage: Store in a cool and dry place and use up as soon as possible after opening; It cannot be used up at one time, and it needs to be replaced with nitrogen and sealed; The secondary opening shall be used for defoaming, and the original storage period is six months.
