The impeller is fitted on the shaft by trapezoid thread directly machine on the shaft end. The shaft sealing is a water cooled sealing that can be replaced after wear life. The impeller is a special type of double curved vanes high efficiency and wear life optimized tested in laboratory and onboard of dredgers. The impeller is fixed on the shaft by trapezoid thread machined directly in the impeller hub.The pump casing has a shape of a volute designed of a high efficiency and wear life optimized tested in laboratory and onboard of dredgers. The pump liners are made of high wear resistant materials and thick wall thickness tomaximize the wear life.(3). Hydraulic systemAll components except dredge pump are hydraulic driven by hydraulic power units. The hydraulic pumps are driven and powered by the auxiliary (hydraulic) engine. Hydraulic execution unit as follow: Cutter head drive, ladder winch drive, side winch drives, Spud hoisting cylinders.
